(“Mission Creek”) website, you accept and agree to the Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) without limitation or amendment. Mission Creek reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter the T&C without prior notice. The T&C are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law.  In any legal action or proceedings against Mission Creek, you agree to file such action only in the United States District Court, Northern District of California or the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, Unlimited Jurisdiction. For the purpose of litigating any such action, you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
